In partnership with Green Kordofan, Sal’s sports shoes made their way to Yida refugee camp in South Sudan, where thousands of young people have been displaced by the civil war in neighbouring Sudan.
Yesterday became a day of swapping sliders for sneakers so that children living in the camp could safely take part in the sports sessions run by Green Kordofan. These activities are more than just games – they’re helping to restore childhood, boost physical and mental wellbeing, and build a culture of peace and teamwork.
